A SEVEN DAY WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM:

Day 1: Include all fruits except for bananas. Soup especially cabbage soup is preferred. Drink plenty of water.
Day 2: Vegetables can be taken raw or cooked but avoid salt and oil.  Consume lots of water.
Day 3: Both fruits and vegetables can be included in the diet.

Day 4: Vegetables, milk and bananas (moderately, say 2 or 3) are included in the fourth day of the diet plan.
Day 5: One cup of rice and tomatoes can be consumed along with plenty of water.
Day 6: Vegetables along with one cup of rice can be adopted on the sixth day of the plan.
Day 7: Fruits, vegetables and one cup of rice is allowed on the last day of the diet plan thus aiding in weight loss.
